What Portage does better than anywhere else

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles...
