How much do you pay for rent in Portsmouth?

Hey, Been living here since 2023. Rent is about $1,266/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Came here for family and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor recreation is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
