Is public transit usable in Portsmouth?

Hey everyone, It's a a smaller city city with about 97,299 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
