I'm retired and Homes are going for about $59,300 on average. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 9.4%, which is concerning. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Any h...
