Day-to-day life in Primera, TX

Random thought, Just moved here 2 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $147,200, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
