Random thought, With a population of 8,347, Princeton is a small town. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $892/month for a decent place. Is Princeton a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
