Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $347,500, which seems about average. Median household income is $91,599, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input.
