Best areas to explore in Prosper?

Random thought, I'm a 22-year-old accountant and It's a a smaller city city with about 34,567 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value traffic, you'll love it. The pet-friendliness is genuinely excellent and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Westside) is stable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. walkability is completely different here. And Summers can be brutally hot.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
