Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $187,603 in Prosper. Rent is about $2,152/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I'm originally from San Francisco and Crime rate is something to consider -Prosper sits at 56.4 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers.
