Is it worth buying in Prosper?

Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $187,603, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,567 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Prosper sits at 56.4 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Lots of new development
- Strong sense of community
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Rising rent prices
- Not very walkable
- Far from major airports
Is this normal for Prosper? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
