Should I move to Pulaski or stay in Omaha?
First post here. Been living here since 2007. Household incomes average around $45,420 in Pulaski. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $802/month for a decent place. With a population of 8,305, Pulaski is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
