Anyone else love living in Pulaski?

I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Pulaski sits at 707.9 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 8,305 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Hey, Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? Thanks!
