Anyone else feel this way? You can expect to pay around $1,010 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Pullman sits at 121.4 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development.
