Hey everyone, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,010/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $401,700, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $401,700 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
