Hey, I'm a 22-year-old restaurant manager and Median household income is $43,097, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $796/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
