Anyone work in healthcare in Quakertown?

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,253/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Chicago it's pretty good.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Uptown area are solid. Kids love it here.
