Co-working spaces in Ramsey?

Alright, With a population of 14,722, Ramsey is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 14,722 people. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $665,700 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The safety is genuinely challenging and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. My neighborhood (Oak Park) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Dallas, be prepared for the culture shock. housing market is completely different here. And Urban sprawl is real.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Cedar Grove. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in real estate. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
