OK so I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $164,767 in Ramsey. You can expect to pay around $2,009 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
