Is Rayne a good place to live?

Hey folks, Rent is about $850/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
