Anyone work in healthcare in Rincon Valley?

Random thought, The median home value here is around $498,900, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 70--F, so it's warm year-round. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The school system is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
