The good and bad of living in Rincon Valley

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 13 years and Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Best neighborhoods in Rincon Valley

Hey, I work in food service and Crime rate is something to consider -Rincon Valley sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look....
