Best neighborhoods in Rincon Valley

Hey, I work in food service and Crime rate is something to consider -Rincon Valley sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Pine Hills. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in legal. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
