Moving to Rio Pinar for work -advice?

Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $100,574 in Rio Pinar. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.
