Best coffee shops in Rio Pinar?

We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 5,396 people. The median home value here is around $381,800, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I've lived in The Heights for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- The food scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
