Housing market in Rio Rico right now
First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 21,798 people. Household incomes average around $63,692 in Rio Rico. Poverty rate is 16.6%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $212,600, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
