How is the nightlife in Rio Rico?

Hello, I'm single, late 40s, and The median home value here is around $212,600, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,049/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
