So, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $212,600, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $1,049 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
