Working remotely from Ripley

Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 7,718 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Ripley sits at 1,534.9 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
