First time home buyer in Riverdale Park

Hello, Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 14 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
