How is Riverdale Park for outdoor activities?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 17 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,668 for rent here. Household incomes average around $104,583 in Riverdale Park. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this?

Hello, Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to.
