Internet providers in Rock Falls?

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. Rent is about $745/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Rock Falls? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
