Is Rogers worth moving to in 2026?

I'm a college student here and With a population of 71,411, Rogers is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $278,000, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 2 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is better than expected.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
