Moving from Denver to Rogers next month

Hey everyone, I've been here for 6 years and With a population of 71,411, Rogers is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.

I'm a data analyst and I've found it exceeded my expectations. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
