Curious what people think. We have two kids and Rent is about $1,182/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
