Studio apartments in Rogers -options?

Random thought, I'm originally from Tampa and Homes are going for about $278,000 on average. Median household income is $82,993, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,182/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 7 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
