Thinking about relocating to Rogers from Nashville
Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $278,000 on average. Rent is about $1,182/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $82,993 in Rogers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
