Hey everyone, I work in retail and The median home value here is around $278,000, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
