Hello, The median home value here is around $278,000, which seems about average. With a population of 71,411, Rogers is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
