Hello, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $210,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 1,066 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
