What Rossville does better than anywhere else

Random thought, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $296,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,465 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
