Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Roxana sits at 625.4 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 1,626 people. Rent is about $949/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any help...
