Planning a move to Rushville -neighborhoods?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $120,000, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $57,269, which feels about average for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I work in hospitality here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is underrated. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 13 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
