Is Russellville worth moving to in 2026?

We're a young couple and With a population of 10,783, Russellville is a small town. Median household income is $52,529, which feels on the lower side for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks!

Came here for school and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The pet-friendliness is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
