Is public transit usable in Russellville?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $716 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
