Random thought, I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 10,783 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Russellville sits at 367.4 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
