So, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $835 for rent here. Homes are going for about $166,500 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
