Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 3,669 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Bought a house here in 2016 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much competitive but now it's better than expected.

Moved here from LA about 1 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to traffic but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
