Safety Harbor housing prices -when will it stop?

Hi all, Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Eastside area are improving. Kids love it here.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
