Why I chose Salida del Sol Estates over bigger cities

Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
