Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and Median household income is $100,534, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
